Letting you go I felt was right why does it feel so wrong

Every one keeps telling boy you’re better off

I wear a smile but as any fool can see

That I’m really not happy and this missing you is killing me

I know what we had we will never get it back

But Lord knows I’d give anything If I thought there was a chance

But I’ll tell myself that I’ll get over you

And it won’t take me a life time to do

Then I’ll tell myself I really wanted it to end

Though I know I’m never gonna love again

I’ll tell myself that’s life and life goes on

Then I guess I didn’t think I would miss you this bad

I’m getting by but as any fool can tell

Every day I live without you is just a living hell

I know nothing I can say will bring you back

Well I guess it’s better this way even though I can’t live with that
